Clients of Garbetts Limited

The latest updates to Garbetts Limited’s Terms and Conditions of Business were issued in November 2008, effective 1 December 2008.

Clients of GPTW Limited

In early 2003 part of the client base of our sister company GPTW Taylor and Wray transferred to our offices.

Prior to 1 December 2004, legal responsibility for these clients still rested with GPTW Limited, and the terms of business in place with GPTW Limited were applicable. These were in all material respects the same as the terms of business set out on this page for clients of Garbetts Limited, but tailored to reflect the fact that GPTW Limited still had legal responsibility for client affairs.

From 1 December 2004 responsibility for these clients affairs transferred to Garbetts Limited. The existing terms of business were deemed to transfer, along with any amendments shown on this page. The terms of business set out above are therefore the current ones in force.

Changes to Terms and Conditions of Business

When we change our terms of business, we will publish updates here. You can always request a copy of our up-to-date terms of business from our offices.

	27 May 2010 - changes to scope of entry level PSC service
	19 February 2010 - New section on Data Security and Electronic Systems (section 29)
	7 October 2009 - Paragraphs added to the tax compliance section regarding (i) our requirement for a data request form / questionnaire to be completed and (ii) clients obligation to read through tax returns before signing them.
	23 June 2009 - upgrade to paragraph relating to credit control, including giving us the right to add debt recovery costs to amounts otherwise due to us.
