Contractors / PSCs - Joining Garbetts as a clientWhether you already have a company, you're new to contracting or you're moving to your own company from a MSC / Umbrella arrangement, we're here to make things as easy as possible for you. Formation - if you need us to form a company for youOur formation questionnaire (formationquestionnaire.xls) To set the ball rolling on forming your company, which costs £100+vat, simply complete the excel questionnaire above and e-mail it back to us. So long as the details are complete - or at least theres enough for us to work with - we'll then get moving on your company. We'll normally send your company out to you next day, but sometimes it may be a few days longer if we are busy, but its only ever a few days. Some things, like VAT registrations (up to 8 weeks) and opening bank accounts (up to 3 weeks) are outside of our control, so we recommend you set your company up as soon as possible if you have a start date for your first contract. Registration - if you have a company alreadyForm for existing PSCs to register with us If you have a company already - even if its only just been formed and hasn't yet started trading - use the link above to send us a registration questionnaire. We'll then run through this and send you a welcome letter along with the various authorities and other documents needed to transfer your business to us. We'll write to your existing accountant, if you have one, to have your file transferred but please give them an authority to reply to us. We'll normally be in touch with you within a few days of receiving your questionnaire. If there is anything extraordinary, or thats bothering you specifically, please include details in a covering note to us.
