Garbetts offers a variety of company formation options, using our own shelf companies.

Supply company only - £100+vat + £10 disbursements.

Supply of shelf company, name changed to your choice (subject to availability) and completion / filing of the following forms:

288a – appointment of directors / secretary
288b - removal of nominee directors / secretary from shelf incorporation
88(2) – return of share issues
225 – notice of accounting date
287 –notice of registered office

Forms 10 and 12 will already have been dealt with at incorporation.

We supply 3 copies of the memorandum and articles of association.

We do not normally supply statutory registers, company seals or board minutes as these are not usually necessary, in practice, for smaller companies, but they can be made available on request.

New business / transfer of business package – £200 + vat +£10 disbursements

As supply of company, but also covering:

- vat registration
- employer and / or CIS registration
- registration with HM Revenue and Customs for Corporation Tax
- Form 42 (notice of employment related share issues)
- S165 hold over election
- business transfer agreement
- bank introductions
- advice and assistance on getting the most out of your company, including:

- practicalities of transferring an existing business
- salary and dividend issues
- record keeping

Personal Service Companies

We charge £100+vat + £10 disbursements for setting up a PSC where you engage us to act as your accountant, £200+vat + £10 disbursements where you just want the company.

Vintage companies - from £300+vat, prices on application

We have a stock of vintage companies, with a controlled trading history.

These companies were formed a little while ago and have achieved trading status by paying small amounts of directors remuneration back to our nominee directors. The companies are supplied with a certificate that they have no liabilities or adverse history attached to them.

Our vintage companies all have shelf names, but can be customised to your requirements. Their trading history and time established can give credibility in the market place.
